These classes will allow your child to experience both gymnastics and dance in a safe and fun environment. Sessions will be led by UKCC qualified and experienced coaches and coordinators that will teach your child various disciplines of dance and gymnastics. They will be introduced to a range of gymnastics skills including hand stands, forward / backwards rolls, split stretches, cartwheels, balances, bridges and a range of strength and flexibility sessions. They are fully targeted at children of all abilities and have the coaches and equipment to support participants.
