This programme is delivered by Castle Semple and is for P4-S6. The days will include great outdoor activities like Powerboat trips on the fully accessible powerboat, Sailing and Cycling. The water activities are weather dependent and the actual activity will be decided on the day to best suit the needs of the group. Sailing will be delivered in double seat boats (these won’t capsize and can be used by anyone who can do an assisted transfer). Hoisting (oxford type sling compatible hoist) is available on the pontoon if required. Cycling will be delivered on a range of accessible bikes (can be used by anyone who can do an assisted transfer). For this programme an input from the Parent/Carer/Guardian may be required for the assisted transfer. Renfrewshire Leisure staff cannot provide 1-1 support at any of our sports programmes, however a parent/guardian area will be available at Castle Semple for any parents/guardians/carers that wish to stay for the duration.
