The 7-12-year-old camp is targeted at further developing your child in both dance and gymnastics. As well as introducing the basic skills of both sports we will help the children to build a skill set that will allow them to learn routines with elements of dance and gymnastics combined. As well as a range of gymnastics floor skills they will be taught elements of Tumble and Acro gymnastics. The dance will include street, ballet, contemporary and cheer pom. These camps will aim to improve your childs, strength, flexibility, fitness and further develop their coordination and range of movement. They will be taught by experienced, qualified coaches in a fun and safe environment that will aim to improve your child’s confidence and ability in both these sports.
